Shabushabu Mayumon, where will be opened this winter has a same OMAKASE / tasting style as our popular restaurant shabushabu Macoron, where has full reservations till a month ahead, will offer you a special menu only this August.
One of the main difference is a beef. By using different Wagyu beef has more UMAMI flavor and slightly chewy texture, you can enjoy more and more beefy flavor with a simple way of cooking called “shabu shabu” that makes it deeply flavored. (@shabushabumacoron focus on melted texture with luxurious fat.) For enjoy tasting more UMAMI flavor and meaty flavor, we ask you to dip the beef into special deep flavored dashi which takes long time to make, and dip some rich or refreshing house made sauces made with rare Japanese ingredients, and then eat it. Proper amount of rich meat juice, and 3 types of sauces - 1.savory and refreshing house-made ponzu sauce made with Japanese citrus and soy sauce based, 2. thick and sweet sauce made with miso and sesame based, 3. Creamy and deeply flavored tomato, garlic and secret ingredients based - will be mixed up and spread into your mouth and… you can’t stop eating it.
Super fresh and colorful local vegetables with our simple way of cooking are also one of our main dishes. These are no only for shabu shabu, also for other appetizers especially banga cauda with our special sauce. Enjoy this experience of boosting the taste on your tongue with garlicky and savory flavor from sauce and fresh vegetables.
Besides, we offer a special soba noodle dish you can eat only here made with the remaining broth after shabu shabu, which is packed of UMAMI from one of the highest grade of Miyazaki beef, premium pork, seafood and fresh vegetables, in other words, luxury soup stock made with the highest grade ingredients.
